Sean McHugh has posted a series of instructional videos on his You Tube site explaining how his prosthesis works, and how to perform a variety of tasks.
About half of those without arms choose not to use prostheses at all. Getting along without requires as many or more tricks than successfully using a prosthesis. Tommye-K. Mayer has written a book, One-handed in a Two-Handed World, that explains a lot of those tips and tricks.
